Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 1982. Maggie Grace is an American Actress best known as Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV series Lost. She was born in Worthington in Ohio. She dropped out of high school after her parents divorced to go in Los Angeles to live with her mother. Though she struggled financially in 2001, her debut came in the role of Rachel's Room's primary character. She went on to earn a Young Artist Award nomination in 2002 for her performance as fifteen-year-old victim Martha Moxley in the television movie Murder in Greenwich. In 2004, Grace was cast as Shannon Rutherford in the television series Lost in which she was a main actor for the first two seasons. She was also awarded a Screen Actors Guild Award shared with the ensemble cast. Grace wanted to focus on film following her role as Tom Welling's character on The Fog, in 2005. The actress starred as a character in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club in 2007 and Taken (2008) with Liam Neeson. The actress reprised her character in Taken 2 (2011) and Taken 3 (2013).She also played Alice in Malice in Wonderland, a modern version from the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to the Lost series for the last two episodes, playing Shannon. In 2013, she appears in Californianation, the 6th Season. She portrays Faith who's the star-gazer and a groupie. Hank Moody, played by David Duchovny, falls for her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She is part of Gyllenhaal's family and is the elder sibling of Jake Gyllenhaal. She started her acting career in the teen years with minor roles in several of his films. She also appeared together with her brother in cult favorite Donnie Darko (2001). She then appeared as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind and Mona Lisa Smile (both 2002). Gyllenhaal has received critical praise for her lead performances in Secretary (2002 the erotic romance drama), and Sherrybaby (606) and Sherrybaby (606) of which garnered the actress Golden Globe Award nods. She gained wider recognition when she portrayed Rachel Dawes, a superhero in The Dark Knight (2008) as well as a number of successful commercial films she starred in during 2006. In the wake of her performance that was a hit as an unmarried mother on the screen in Crazy Heart (2009), she received the Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress. Following that, she starred in comedies and dramas: Nanny McPhee & the Big Bang (2010) Hysteria 2011, and Won't Back Down 2012. She also appeared as the role of a Secret Service Agent in White House Down which was an action-packed thriller released in 2013, a musician in Frank (2014) and her role as the main character for the lead role in The Kindergarten Teacher, a drama released in 2018. Gyllenhaal composed and directed her first feature film, The Lost Daughter in 2021. The drama about psychological issues won the Best Screenplay Award from the Venice International Film Festival. The film was also nominated for the Academy Award of Best Adapted Screenplay.
