Christopher Robert Evans (born June 13th, 1981) is an American actor. In 2000, he began his acting career as a character on TV shows such as Opposite sexual assault. After appearances in a variety of teens' films, including 2001's Not Another Teen Movie he was noticed for his performance of the Marvel Comics character the Human Torch in 2005's Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2007). Evans has appeared in numerous film adaptations of graphic novels and comics, like TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). He gained wider recognition for the role he played as Steve Rogers / Captain America in various Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). Within the Marvel universe, the performance as Captain Steve Rogers and Captain America earned him the title of world's highest paid actor.
