Markie Post
American actress Markie Post had a net that was in excess of $12 million at the time she passed away. Markie Post was best known as a character in "Night Court" and "The The Fall Guy." From 1982 until 1985, she played Terri Michaels as a bail bondswoman. From 1985 until 1992, she played Christine Sullivan's public defender plating agent in "Night Court", an NBC sitcom. She also played Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman on the CBS sitcom "Hearts Afire" from 1992 until 1995. Markie died from cancer on August 7, 2021. She was 70 years young. Markie was born Marjorie Armstrong Post who was the second child of Richard Post and Marylee Post. She and her siblings were raised in Stanford and Walnut Creek. In the latter city, Post went to Las Lomas High School. She went on to attend Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and later, for a brief time, was at Pomona College. Post returned to Lewis & Clark College, where she was awarded her Bachelor of Arts degree.
